Unless otherwise stated, original copies of Wills dated prior to 1858 are usually found in the appropriate Diocesan Record Office for the court where the Will was proved - for Gloucestershire, this is the Gloucestershire Archives. Wills which were proved at Bristol Episcopal Consistory Court may be found at the Bristol Record Office.
Copies of Wills for which Probate was granted at the PCC (Prerogative Court of Canterbury) may be obtained via the National Archives Wills website. (verified 2021-09-13)

Worcs which was in the occupation of William MOORE as tenant. A sufficient part of the rents and profits to go to his dear wife, Lucy WHILLOCK (five pages of legal documentation regarding this). All residue estate and monies to be divided into six equal parts to sons Edmund, William, Cyprian and George, and daughters Louisa and Elizabeth, wife of Richard WALLINGTON. [3] Thomas VAISEY (who seems to know everyone) married Mary SLATTER (who may be Thomas SLATTER's daughter - she died before he wrote his will) at Stratton in 1822. [4] Thomas VAISEY and Mary's daughter Eliza Slatter VAISEY was a witness to the marriage of Joseph WOOD and Jane DAVIS in 1842.
